SUPPORT CHARITABLE WORK (PPC)

We believe that the Lord truly blesses those that give, whether they give money, time or themselves. Also, one must never forget where one came from and must always be prepared to give back to your community. We want to support those organisations that do charitable work. Many of them are overburdened and under funded and we would like to assist them.

Part of the duties of the Directors of Blood for the World.Org is to identify worthy charities where our funding can be channelled. We realise that this is not an easy task, as there are so many worthy causes out there who are desperate for some extra funds.

We will be making nominations open to our registered donors so that they can propose charities which they feel deserve support. These charities will be compiled onto a list. We will also invite other charitable organisations to make representation to us for funding, which we will add to the list of charities. Once we have a complete list, we will ask our registered donors to select 10 charities from the list. We will then compile another list from these selections and will then make the final decision as to where our funding will be channelled.

It is a fact of life in non-profit organizations, that a certain portion of all monies collected must go towards the maintenance of the organisation itself. We will strive to keep this percentage as low as possible.
